| Update #1 -
7:18 PM - Here is your first look at the amazing decorations for
this year's prom. Right now the photographers are setting up,
Mrs. Gardiner is putting her hot hair top good use (blowing up balloons)
and Miss Pickering looks a little like a deer caught in headlights (I
think she is nervous). But she does look amazing in her black
dress. Katie Hamelin and Hannah Gardiner are minding the ticket
desk. I think we are all set. Enjoy the pictures. - Update

7:59 PM - The arrival. The prom has officially begun.
The big rigs have arrived with the bulk of the students. Right
now they are lined up for their pictures. A few brave souls have
already hit the dance floor. As expected everyone looks amazing.

8:42 PM - Dancing Fever - there are very students not dancing
right now and the gym is getting very warm. As you can see, one of the
Johnston boys arrived in (John Deere green style). ((Guess which
one?)) Many of the boys have already lost their coats and the
ladies have already shed their shoes to get more comfortable. Update

9:01 PM - I had to change the batteries in my camera so I figured
it was a good time for another update. You know those unrealistic
scenes in movies where everyone busts out dancing in formation like
they are professional dancers? Well, it happens here at
CCS. These kids are amazing. Update

| Update #5 -
9:58 PM - You will be happy to know that your child can spell
Y.M.C.A. I am not sure they can use the quadratic formula
properly, but dancing to YMCA will ultimately prove more useful I am
sure. There have been a number of slow songs in the past 45
minutes but I have making sure proper distance has been kept between
the dancers. (Like that'll happen) Coronation is set for 11:30
tonight. I will try to have another update before then. Update
#5 (P.S. I would comment about how beautiful the female
chaperones look tonight, but I think Mrs. Trombley is checking the
updates.) |

| Last Update
- the gym is quickly clearing out. The new King and Queen
shared their dance and the prom is coming to a close. I did not
really edit out the last batch of photos. I really wanted to
head home. I hope you had fun watching the prom happen
"live". As always, if you have pictures you want to
share with me, send them in or bring them to my room and I will post
them as soon as possible. Update
