12/17/06 - 10:25 PM - Last updates - This is the first year that the Winter Ball featured a Prince and Princess.  To be eligible the students had to enter their name into a special drawing that raised money for the Class of 2007.  Joey Bernier and Angelica Jordan were crowned this year's Prince and Princess.  Congratulations to them.  Also thanks to Mr. Walrath for all of his hard work on the dance.  I hope you enjoyed all the pictures.  Thanks again to Annika Peterson and to Christine Decker for their help.  See you at the Prom.  Pictures - Prince and Princess Pics
12/17/06 - 9:55 PM - OK, Annika flat out rocks.  Even I cannot take 150 pictures in a half hour.  Somehow she can do it.  And she is doing it quite well.  As always I am amazed what brings kids to the dance floor and right now it is AC/DC and "You Shook Me All Night Long".  The problem is that these guys think of it as an oldie and I remember when the album came out.  See, I even used the word album.  Perhaps some of you remember the 8 track?  Cassette?  45?  Even a 78?  Reel to reel?  I guess I am old.  Pictures
12/17/06 - 9:31 PM - It is getting closer to the time when the Prince and Princess will be selected from all the entries.  Mr. Walrath has been very busy keeping up with the soda orders.  Other hard working chaperones for the evening include Ms. Pickering, Mrs. Gadiner, Miss Fregoe, Mr. Breault, Mr. Quinn and Chateaugay Central School's favorite bouncer---Handsome Harold.  Maybe Happy Harold?  How about "You can't wear them shoes" Harold.  Man I crack myself up.  Enough rambling...here are the pictures.  
12/17/06 - 9:04 PM - She did it.  Annika took a few snapshots of Mr. Quinn's shoes.  I need a pair of those. Christine is reading this and wants me to say that she is the best assistant ever.  She is right.  Actually we are doing derivatives right now.  We are so nerdy.  Anyway, here are some more pictures.  Recognize the backs of some of these people?  Pictures  
12/17/06 - 8:42 - Pictures - Here they are...the first pictures of life inside the gym.  I have not been in there yet but the students are coming out drenched in sweat already.  Mr. Sandvig is keeping the dance floor full. I am not sure how many students are here, but I do know it took Mr. Breault until 8:30 to get all the students through the line.  Don't forget to hit refresh for more pictures.  
1217/06 - Looking for pictures?  So am I.  Annika has been set loose in the gym and should be reporting back soon with all the amazing dresses and hair styles.  There is always something funny to me about the great hair and dresses and the sandals and slippers that complete the outfits.  I think the best shoes and outfit combination goes to Mr. Quinn.  If I get brave I will try to get his picture.  Right now Christine Decker, my other assistant, is taking photo orders.  Check back soon for photos. 
12/17/06 - Christmas Ball? Are you kidding me? The temperature has been over 40 degrees for days and there is no snow in sight.  This should help with the hair and make-up though.  As always, check this page throughout the dance for pictures and news.  Also, picture packages can be ordered tonight for $15.00 each.  They must be paid for tonight as well. Don't forget to hit REFRESH to see if any changes have been made.
